Which kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master, American Express and major credit & debit cards through PayPal. PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online, without sharing your financial information.

Sorry, please pay for your order in full, in advance, by PayPal.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We do not add any additional charges or taxes.

How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, you will receive an confirming e-mail, along with an order confirmation number.

What types of shipping options do you offer? How much is the shipping cost?
We use Air Mail and International Expedited Express for shipping. You can choose the shipping method during the checkout process. Here are the shipping cost of the two methods:
  • Flat Shipping - FREE ( Delivery times are between 7 - 15 business days to all major destinations. )
  • Express Shipping - $29.99 ( Delivery times are between 3 - 7 business days to all major destinations. )

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are shipped next day, except holidays. Your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you choose.

    Can I return my order?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund. Simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt, no questions asked!
    NOTE: The engraved and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!

    What is your return policy?
    iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee and 30-day exchange policy for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your order to our address include the original packing.

    How do I cancel my order?
    You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped.

    What if I order a wrong size?
    In order to make an exchange, please mail your order to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like an exchange.

    When will my credit appear on my credit card?
    Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.

    What guarantee do you offer on your products?
    Yes - iDream Jewelry chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and high quality. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.

    What is your policy for a defective order?
    If you receive a defective order or below the quality your expected, we will accept the order back for an exchange or refund.

    Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?
    Any damaged & missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

    We respect your privacy. Your email address is totally secure. The only information any visitor is asked to provide is used to communicate with the customer and to complete the order processing. This information is used only by iDream Jewelry.

    How will I check my order status?
    It is easy, after you placed an order, please log in your account using your email address. In your account, you can see all the orders you made including full information.

    Do you have minimum order quantity & low order fee?
    iDream Jewelry has no minimum order quantity & no low order fee, and we can ship single item or large orders worldwide.

    How do I use my coupon code?
    After you choose a product to order, enter the code in the box on the check out page for the coupon code.
