After a long wait, company forgot to add engraving. Disappointed. Because I was ordering for my grandson, it was difficult to get a picture and send it as instructed. And...my grandson loved it. Ok quality for the price.

Returns: To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with our original packing and a note stating the corrections (for example: correct ring size) to our address.

Refunds: iDream Jewelry offers a 7-day money back guarantee for any products that are in 'like new' condition and for defective products. In order to receive a refund, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing and a note stating that you would like a refund.
Exchange: In order to make an exchange, please mail your merchandise to our address include the original packing within 30 days of receipt and a note stating that you would like an exchange.
Handling Times: Your refund credit will usually appear on your card 5-7 business days after we process your refund request.
